Kate Tsui Not Courageous Enough To Wear Swimsuits

Yesterday, Kate Tsui and Shirley Yeung attended a function for a lingerie brand. Kate and Shirley wore Japanese spa robes. They were battling for the spotlight with the foreign models that showed off sexy lingerie and swim wear. Kate said her heart was beating faster when she saw the sexy models walk close to the audience. She does not have the courage to publicly wear swim wear since the Miss Hong Kong pageant. She will rather hide her imperfections instead of showing them off. She lacks confidence in her body. She was in commercials about slimming down and she had to dance in it. But it is a different story compared to wearing sporty bra top and swim wear. She doesn’t feel it is the right time to participate in swim wear shows.

Shirley has participated in swim wear shows. She said that she wasn’t sure if she will do swim wear shows in the future. But she will continue to prepare her body for it. Besides getting more income by accepting swim wear shows, you can be happy when other compliments your body. She revealed that she is interested in sexy corsets. The reporter asked if she wear it for others to see. Shirley embarrassingly said that she can collect it instead.

Shirley Yeung Continues To Work Hard

Yesterday, TVB held a press conference for a real estate property program “Living Up”. The three hosts who attended were; Suki Chui, Maggie Cheung and Shirley Yeung.

Shirley appeared in a yellow low-cut dress which showed her figure. She smiles that she didn’t intend to dress sexily, just wanted to attend the conference looking good. Being an owner of property, she is working hard to pay off the mortgage payments and hopes it can “reach a higher goal”. When asking Shirley whether she was going to buy a love nest next time, she did not properly address the question, but reveals that she did want to buy a house for herself. Shirley says: “This job does not have a stable income, so all you have to do is work hard and save money.” When the reporters said that since summer is coming, she was able to do more swimsuit catwalks again, Shirley laughs: “Why do you always speak like that?” She smiles that she has to exercise first, allowing her figure to have even more an esthetic feeling. As this year’s winter is longer, she had eaten more. It was spoken that recently she went with her boyfriend to MacDonald’s and the reporters caught her, she expresses that she was hungry and wanted to buy a burger. People still have no go out, it’s nothing special.

Kevin Cheng & Shirley Yeung New Series Ahead

Yesterday, Kevin Cheng and Shirley Yeung attended a function in Guangzhou, Panyu. At the scene, there were many middle-aged women supporting Kevin, screaming at the top of their lungs: “I want to see Kevin.” Kevin also reveals that he is currently filming “Burning Flames 3” and will be paired up with Myolie Wu.

Speaking of filming “Burning Flames 3” in May, Kevin says: ““Burning Flames” was my first series I have filmed since entering TVB. At first there were many new people, and I didn’t know anything. Seven years have gone past in a blink of an eye, now I’m filming “Burning Flames 3”, the feeling is quite special. It feels as if time has gone really fast.”

After an interview with Shirley, she says that other than portraying a maid in “Silver Mansion Golden Dust” which will be broadcasted in April, she is also taking part in the grand production “Heart Of Greed 2”, playing Lee Sze Kei’s younger version. She laughs: “This is really Szeki being Sze Kei!” As for her part in the series, she says: “The main thing is that I learn to make moon cakes in the store. The younger version of Lee Sze Kei hasn’t experienced much change; therefore there won’t be pitiful scenes. However, the most upsetting is that I cannot film with Lee Sze Kei herself, because I never really get the chance to see her.”

At the hotel, the couple sang the songs of “Mice Loves Big Rice” and “Colourful Universe”. Not only that, the two was able to “eat” their achievement in Guangzhou.

Shirley yesterday had worn a yellow dress and took numerous pictures with the handsome Kevin.

Joel Chan & Shirley Yeung Become A "Drowned Rat"

Last night was the recording of the new variety show "Super Trio Show 2008" which was hosted by Eric Tsang, Louis Yuen, Chin Ka Lok & Wong Cho Lam. Special guests include; Shirley Yeung, Perry Chiu, Joel Chan, Lo Fun, Pang Kin Shan and Carlo Ng.

While Shirley was playing "小忌廉", she had answered the wrong question and so she was 忌廉「掃射」into her eye, right in the position where her contact lenses were.

Eric was discussing with the producer to find the first episode’s 紙版, requesting the guests to play numerous times. In the end, Joel and Shirley were swept into the water.

Over 60 Students Graduate in Olympic Host Course

In order to discover talented people to be as host in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, TVB held a “2008 Olympics Professional Host” course which carried on for two and a half months. Finally, a total of 60 students graduated - this included TVB artistes like; Carol Cheng, Shirley Yeung, Dexter Yeung, Heidi Chu, etc. Yesterday they all attended a graduation ceremony with all the other students, holding their graduation certificates. During the ceremony, 6 particular students received the “Best Academic Achievement Award”. Carol Cheng, Heidi Chu & Choi Hong Nin was among many to receive the prize.

Attending all 10 lessons of the course, Shirley expresses that other than learning the rules of games, you also learn professional ways of being a host. She reveals that she hopes to live in Beijing and receive the latest reports. Shirley states that she really enjoys watching the diving competitions and says she supports Liu Yang.

However, when it was mentioned that Liu Yang is an athlete, and not a diver, Shirley immediately explains: “I know he is an athlete, I hope he can break a record.”

Shirley Yeung Wants To Combine Both Western & Eastern Weddings Together

Yesterday Shirley Yeung, Q Bo Bo and Bo Wai Kit attended the second round of the “International New Year Flower Carriage Competition” as special guests. Shirley’s parents also attended to support their daughter. During the event, Shirley gave a special gift to seven pairs of people and as for the presents, they symbolize children and grandchildren. She smiles: “I have never noticed these things, I learnt a lot today.”

As for getting married, Shirley expresses that she hopes to combine both a western and eastern wedding together. She laughs: “When I was filming an ancient series, I think the wedding gowns are really beautiful, so I hope I will get the opportunity to wear that when I get married. Although I have worn a lot of wedding gowns before, I believe I will get a different feeling when I do get married.” (You don’t think it’s too much?) “It’s once in a lifetime, it won’t be.” (When do you plan to get married?) “I don’t know, haven’t planned it yet. I can only dream about it at this stage.” (Is Gregory Lee your marriage partner?) “Haven’t thought about it. I just want to concentrate on working now.” (Has he proposed to you?) “Not answering you.” (Will you propose to him?) “Girls won’t do that.” After that, she left the topic and reveals that today she will take part in Lydia Shum’s final tribute. Even though Shirley has not worked with Fei Jie much, but believes that Fei Jie is very quick in learning new things and is willing work slowly with newcomers. Shirley says: “When I was a newcomer, Fei Jie wouldn’t worry that I would mess everything up, she would only want to whole thing to be done well. Fei Jie wouldn’t only think about herself.” (Has she ever yelled at you?) “No, she supported me instead.”

Shirley also says that majority of friends from her old school institution, after having a stable work life, has already gotten married and had children. (Do you admire them?) “We admire each other. They admire me for being so free and can do a job that I like. I admire them for having such a stable lifestyle.” Shirley also reveals that she hopes to have a boy 一子 and a girl 一女 which makes up a “good” 「好」 word - like her brother has also gotten a “good” word.
